PMS.

Assalammualaikum...
Hey u guys!! How's ur weekend??? 
Me??
It was AWESOME especially part where I watched Tron Legacy with my Best Buddies!!!!
Hehe..
Tron Legacy was sooooo Cooool!!! 
It became SUPERAWESOME when we watched in 3D..
Haha..
Sesiapa yg belum tgk mesti pergi tgk..
I TOTALLY recommend this movie!!!!!!!...





Yeah My weekend are all awesome except the part I have PMS...
Yes, I'm having PMS these weekend...
If I'm having PMS, I always have the severe one.. 
I always got the worst one... T_T
I felt sad suddenly, confusion, loneliness n etc..
Ni semua salah Hormones x stabil.... Waaaaa... T_T
I dun have mood to study, doing my assignment n etc....
Dahlah exam lagi beberapa minggu, kuiz lagi selasa ni... Waaaa....


STRESS STRESS STRESSSSS!!!! 
Haha..

Korang tau x apa sign & symptoms PMS ni??
Symptoms nya adalah:


Physical Symptoms:
1. Sore, tender breasts
2. Headache
3. Abdominal Bloating
4. Swelling of the extremities

Mental Symptoms:
1. Fatigue
2. Angry outbursts @ mood swing
3. Irritability
4. Confusion
5. Social withdrawal

Nanti klu nmpk mana perempuan yg marah2..
Isshh tgk minah tu "PMS PMS..."
Jgn lak mcm tu haha...
Bukan semua org ada PMS marah2...

Buat kaum lelaki, terseksa tau kitorg kena PMS ni
Jadi sabar jelah klu tgk gf / bff korang emo x pasal2...Hehe..

Bagi semua Female mesti nak sgt tau macam mana nak Deal benda ni..
Some of the ways are:

1. Exercise
It can counteract stress and boost endorphins.. Buat dalam 30 minutes.. Tak kisah apa pun jenis exercise..

2. Relax
Use relaxation technique mcm Deep Breathing exersice and u can even Berzikir utk tenangkan perasaan waktu PMS..

3. Take a deep breath
Tarik nafas dalam2 dengan perlahan....

4. Cuba buat keadaan sekeliling dalam keadaan tenang
Duduk kat bilik warna biru @ Dengar soft music supaya tenang etc...

5. Jangan minum Coffee
Caffein dlm Coffee akan stimulate Adrenal Gland utk keluarkan banyak lagi stress hormone. This worsen PMS syndrome.

6. Minum air banyak2...

Banyak lagi cara yang boleh buat, korang just google je "Ways to deal with PMS.."
Mesti byk yg keluar..
Pilih je mana2 website yg korang nak.... Hehe..
Ni pun I google je... Hehe..
