Happy New Year!!!

Assalammualaikum...
Hey guys!!!
Kalau tgk jam kat Laptop ni lagi 27 min di Malaysia nk NEW YEAR!!!
Hehe..
Kalau kat India of courselah lambat lagi..
Lagi 2 jam lebih nk pukul 12..


Tempe2 kat sini dah mula berparty... Haha..

Anyway, nak cerita hari tu my friend Mina ajak makan lunch kat Cafe Hospital.
I dun really like sgt makan kat situ..
Tp hari tu nak try gak...
N I tried these kuih nama dia BAJJI..
Sedap giler... Haha..


Ada 2 types, yg panjang warna oren tu nama dia Chilli Bajji.. Agak pedas skit sbb dlm tu ada cili.. (Dh namanya Chilli Bajji mestilah ada cili kn?? Hehe..)  Yg bulat warna coklat mcm cekodok tu adalah Bangalore Bajji... Bangalore Bajji tulah yg plg sedap.. Kuih ini dimakan bersama kuah dal n Sos tomato..



Lepas makan ni, siap beli lagi bungkus utk mkn dlm kelas... Haha...
Yg Bangalore Bajji tu dlm dia tepung je tp ada rempah2 sikit.. Its really nice...

Sebenarnya bukan x mau mkn kat cafe tu,
tp x reti nak order je sbb mostly makanan india je..
Hehe...
Asyik2 makan egg noodles..
Sbb tak tahu nak order benda lain.. HAha..

The Moral of the Story,
Try je benda yang baru bcuz in the end u never know u might like it..
Worst thing that can happen, 
benda tu x sedap. 
Then x yahlah try lagi..

Anyway, I wanna wish to all of u a HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!
Hope azam tahun lepas yg x dpt wat tu dpt buat thn ni.. Hehe..
My Azam this year is Tak Mahu PONTENG Kelas lagi... 
Haha..
Kantoi di situ saya budak yg malas dtg kelas.. Hehe..
Bukan malas okay?!!.. 
Kadang2 ada hal lah..
Macam2 alasan...
Haha..

Tp jangan saja berazam untuk Dunia sahaja, 
Berazamlah juga untuk akhirat sekali..
Hidup sementara, akhirat kekal selamanya...

Moga Allah memanjangkan Umur kita semua dan Harap tahun 2011 ni dilimpahi dgn rahmat dan berkat daripada Allah SAW.. Amin.... Insyallah..

PMS.

Assalammualaikum...
Hey u guys!! How's ur weekend??? 
Me??
It was AWESOME especially part where I watched Tron Legacy with my Best Buddies!!!!
Hehe..
Tron Legacy was sooooo Cooool!!! 
It became SUPERAWESOME when we watched in 3D..
Haha..
Sesiapa yg belum tgk mesti pergi tgk..
I TOTALLY recommend this movie!!!!!!!...





Yeah My weekend are all awesome except the part I have PMS...
Yes, I'm having PMS these weekend...
If I'm having PMS, I always have the severe one.. 
I always got the worst one... T_T
I felt sad suddenly, confusion, loneliness n etc..
Ni semua salah Hormones x stabil.... Waaaaa... T_T
I dun have mood to study, doing my assignment n etc....
Dahlah exam lagi beberapa minggu, kuiz lagi selasa ni... Waaaa....


STRESS STRESS STRESSSSS!!!! 
Haha..

Korang tau x apa sign & symptoms PMS ni??
Symptoms nya adalah:


Physical Symptoms:
1. Sore, tender breasts
2. Headache
3. Abdominal Bloating
4. Swelling of the extremities

Mental Symptoms:
1. Fatigue
2. Angry outbursts @ mood swing
3. Irritability
4. Confusion
5. Social withdrawal

Nanti klu nmpk mana perempuan yg marah2..
Isshh tgk minah tu "PMS PMS..."
Jgn lak mcm tu haha...
Bukan semua org ada PMS marah2...

Buat kaum lelaki, terseksa tau kitorg kena PMS ni
Jadi sabar jelah klu tgk gf / bff korang emo x pasal2...Hehe..

Bagi semua Female mesti nak sgt tau macam mana nak Deal benda ni..
Some of the ways are:

1. Exercise
It can counteract stress and boost endorphins.. Buat dalam 30 minutes.. Tak kisah apa pun jenis exercise..

2. Relax
Use relaxation technique mcm Deep Breathing exersice and u can even Berzikir utk tenangkan perasaan waktu PMS..

3. Take a deep breath
Tarik nafas dalam2 dengan perlahan....

4. Cuba buat keadaan sekeliling dalam keadaan tenang
Duduk kat bilik warna biru @ Dengar soft music supaya tenang etc...

5. Jangan minum Coffee
Caffein dlm Coffee akan stimulate Adrenal Gland utk keluarkan banyak lagi stress hormone. This worsen PMS syndrome.

6. Minum air banyak2...

Banyak lagi cara yang boleh buat, korang just google je "Ways to deal with PMS.."
Mesti byk yg keluar..
Pilih je mana2 website yg korang nak.... Hehe..
Ni pun I google je... Hehe..

Adventure in Manipal...

Assalammualaikum..
Hey U guys!
I just got back semalam from Manipal after 12 HOURS journey..
OMGosh!!!
Teruk giler jalan..
kitorang naik TT (Macam Van tp besar lagi)

Masa dlm perjalanan balik tu, My Friend n I wanna pee but the problem is they don't have R&R macam kat Msia..
Tahu x kitorg terpaksa kencing kat kawasan tertutup kat tepi jalan macam tempe...
It was soooooo embarassingggggg!!!!
Nak cerita kat korang pun rasa malu...

Masa otw nak pergi Manipal hari tu, my friends kat dlm TT yang lain nak pee jugak the driver took them into the jungle for her to do "her stuff"..
Dahlah ada pacat.. Euwwww!!!!
Seriously memcabar giler nak pergi Manipal..
Ada TT yg rosak like mine n semalam tayar pancit...

Bila dah duduk kat sini, barulah appreciate Malaysia sangat3!!
Korang yg kat Msia tu appreciatelah negara kita ye?!!..
Kita ada R&R kat highway..
Lampu jalan pun ada...
Siap dapat Coffee free tau waktu musim perayaan.. Hehe..

Kat sini jalan dahlah gelap..
Walaupun Highway tp kemudahan x ada......
Toilet lagilah x ada...
Scary tau!!
Kitorg bertolak Jumaat Malam smpi Tengah hari Sabtu..
Bayangkan 12 jam Pergi, 12 jam Balik... 
Penat giler asyik duduk je..
Minum air skit2 je takut kena kencing.. Haha..

Tapi kat Manipal mmg bestlah..
LEGENDA mmg Awesome!!!
Manipal University mmg seriously cantik..

Masa Malaysian Food Festival mmg byk giler makanan Msia..
Ada Laksa Johor, Nasi Dagang, Burger Ramly pun ada tau.. Haha..
The performances pun best...
Overall, Legenda mmg BEST!!.. Hehe..

The next day Hari Ahad kitorg gi Maple Beach..
Okaylah Beach diorg tp x de sesiapa yg mandi sbb panas giler n air x delah bersih sgt..
Byk taik anjing gaklah kat tepi2 pantai tu... =P
Tp Makanan Seafood kat situ mmg sedap..
Gobi Machurian Dry n Kelapa laut pun sedap...
1st time tgk rupa kelapa laut... 
Selalu minum air dia je... Hehe...

Tahu x Gobi tu apa??
Gobi tu adalah kalau x silap Kubis Bunga.
Gobi Machurian Dry tu Kubis Bunga Goreng....

X laratlah nk naik TT for 12 hours.. 
Kena tahan kencing lagi..
